Administrative Support

The main responsibilities of the Administrative Support Coordination Office (CAA) are:

        • plan, organize and coordinate the administrative support activities required by the Prorectorate for Administration;
        • review, select and forward PROAD correspondences;
        • draft administrative documents and interpret and summarize texts and records;
        • receive and assist visitors to PROAD;
        • prepare and manage the Prorector’s schedule;
        • handle administrative processes;
        • organize and maintain document records;
        • communicate the Prorector´s decisions and directives;
        • disseminate and manage administrative acts;
        • carry out complementary activities related to personnel, financial and material administration.
