Administrative Support
The main responsibilities of the Administrative Support Coordination Office (CAA) are:

- plan, organize and coordinate the administrative support activities required by the Prorectorate for Administration;
- review, select and forward PROAD correspondences;
- draft administrative documents and interpret and summarize texts and records;
- receive and assist visitors to PROAD;
- prepare and manage the Prorector’s schedule;
- handle administrative processes;
- organize and maintain document records;
- communicate the Prorector´s decisions and directives;
- disseminate and manage administrative acts;
- carry out complementary activities related to personnel, financial and material administration.
